The store is located at the Seibu Department Store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and was created in partnership with japanese patissier Takagi. He is responsible for developing new flavours, aimed at adults as well as seasonal flavors.

There are currently three limited edition flavors available: ‘Sublime Bitter’ made with couverture chocolate, a very high quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter, ‘Special Cherry Blossom Green Tea’ made with cherry blossom extract, and ‘Special Chili’, which contains a chilli pepper cream filling. Visitors can expect more exciting and unusual flavors to follow.

Sublime Bitter’ flavor are limited to 300 bars a day as the couverture is done by hand. A single bar is priced at 315 yen (equivalent to 3 dollars) and a box of ten bars costs 3,413 yen. There were 500 bars available on the opening day, which sold out in an hour and 40 minutes.
