Sony began on February 17 pre-selling its own version of Google Glass. The augmented reality glasses company called SmartEyeglass and can now be ordered in Japan, the US, UK and Germany. This is a version of the product made for developers that costs about R$ 2.400 in these countries listed.
The company expects to begin delivering the first units from March 10, the day the product will start shipping normally. Other European countries should also receive the product, but there is no comment about a possible launch in Brazil.

Just as Google Glass, the SmartEyeglass allows the user to have multiple information projected on the sunglass lens, such as images, text, directions for navigation via GPS and everything.
The difference is that the product from Sony is much more aesthetically odd and even has a kind of “remote control” wired, which is used to give some commands and can pair with brand smartphones.
